Thanks guys. I changed the batteries in our 2 remotes, and re-programmed them, and it's working fine so far. I also sprayed the rollers and tracks.

When I use our remote, the door goes up or down 2-3 feet, then stops. When I use the wall control, the door works fine. Does this make sense ? If the remote battery is weak, could that cause this problem ? Thanks.
