Yes both the KL and Criterion covers are total BS. No Americans were in the camp when the escape took place , they were moved to another camp months before. As well the real "Tunnel King" Canadian Wally Floody was moved to another camp before as well.

It was 79 years ago yesterday the escape happened

Many people received scratched discs , I was lucky got a good one , I opened it in the store to be sure.

Good disc , plays well.

Obviously I can't play it back in 25.2 channels man but the improvement does come across in 5.1. When I switch back and forth between the Atmos and 5.1 the bass difference very stricking.

As others have said about the sound..... I only have a 5.1 setup but playing back in Atmos mode WOW what an upgrade , my 75 year old ears had an organazzum .

In reality all the Americans who did help in the tunnels construction were all moved to an American Camp a few months before the escape.

Day 1 for me , great flick !
