A long list of “good” movies that most of us don’t already own.

Reminder, Universal will be changing over their list of FREE movies in a few days, with just two months left of the program.

They usually promote which movies they are awarding points for (and for how long) on the DMI website.

This month was pretty pathetic. Most of these titles I have never heard of, and Backdraft 2 was one of the worst movies I have had to review.

Many companies that use only Fed Ex and/or UPS can’t verify my street address because the post office does not show my street address in their database.

That is pretty much what I have to do, since USPS does not deliver to my home address in my town. But since many companies rely on the USPS address database to verify a shipping address, there have been a few instances where I was unable to place an order with a company because my street address...

Very odd thing I just noticed after all these years when redeeming a physical reward on DMI: We can't deliver to PO Boxes Why do I find that odd? Because DMI's fulfilment house uses USPS to ship their items (at least for movies).

Just five days left until Universal updates their list of free movies to redeem, with only two months left until the service is shuttered, and one month left to redeem codes and submit receipts for points.

They had promised for months (possibly more than a year) when they re-launched that they would offer physical rewards. When they finally started to offer them, every single one I was holding points for was sold out immediately.

I have not received that e-mail yet.

Last week for this month's titles on Universal All-Access and for this quarter's (?) titles on Sony Rewards.

My DVD also includes the sequel, Parent Trap II, so, yeah, I'll likely try to find a 3-disc Blu-ray case somewhere when it arrives.

My order went through with no issues so far.

Upgraded my old DVD's of Parent Trap and the original Jungle Book.

And 20th Century titles, even if they are not rated R, are often hit and miss with DMI, which is why I mentioned it.

Of the three James Cameron films arriving on disc on Tuesday (3/12), only The Abyss qualifies for DMI reward points.

The February movies have now been deleted from the page.

I took a chance on this and received a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital combo of Turning Red.
