Now enjoying Hendrix's Axis: Bold as Love 2011 vinyl reissue. Specifically Little Wing. Then will move on to Dire Straits Brothers In Arms vinyl reissue next. It's a good 4th so far, musically speaking. :)

Good pick Todd. My favorites right now are Blood on the Valley Floor and Non-State Actor. They sound the most like old Soundgarden to me, with awesome and heavy riffs, though I like the album as a whole a lot. I'll be seeing them in February at the Wiltern, can't wait! :tu: :tu:

Amen brother, amen. I recall when that album was released everyone loved the "popular" tracks from that album, but those two tracks really keep bringing me back to that album.
Ron - listening to that too. What are your thoughts? I don't know if I'd say it was significantly better than the original CD version (which was very good and well mastered). At least the reissue isn't brickwalled like so many modern CDs (though I've looked at the waveforms, it is overall louder...

Man I wish Mobile Fidelity would work their magic on this album. Sonically the CD is very good, I can't imagine how great it would sound on a mo-fi SACD!
