One more shameless plug for Omar Khayyam (also released as The Life, Loves and Adventures of Omar Khayyam and The Loves of Omar Khayyam) from 1957 being part of KL's new deal with Paramount.

One more suggested title for Kino-Lorber: The Mouse on the Mayflower (1968); it was released on VHS but never on DVD AFAIK. I believe Universal owns the rights Via Dreamworks Animation's DreamWorks Classics subsidiary (if that information is wrong, please correct me). A DVD and Blu-ray release...

Two other suggested titles for Kino to release on DVD and Blu-ray: Gunn (1967) from Paramount Willy McBean and His Magic Machine (1965); I believe Universal owns the rights Via Dreamworks Animation's DreamWorks Classics subsidiary (if that information is wrong, please correct me). If Kino's...

If another deal with Paramount is possibly forthcoming, I sincerely hope Omar Khayyam (also released as The Life, Loves and Adventures of Omar Khayyam and The Loves of Omar Khayyam) from 1957 is part of the deal. It is getting a Blu-ray reease from Imprint in April, but i would love to see Kino...

I pre-ordered Secret of the Incas from Kino, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Omar Khayyam (1957) is part of the Paramount and will be released on both Blu-ray and DVD so I can enjoy a double-dose of Yma Sumac!

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

All of the following films based on Mickey Spillane stories listed below have all been released on physical media and since Kino-Lorber has released three of them, is there any chance Kino-Lorber could acquire the rights to release The Delta Factor (1970)?: I, the Jury (1953) released on...

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

Randy, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. I was not aware of the incorrect aspect ratio issues with The Daydreamer and The Wacky World of Mother Goose. Do you know if Willy McBean and his Magic Machine was ever released on home media?

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

I recently purchased Kino's The Daydreamer release and loved it (brought back many memories from when I saw it as a kid). I wonder if Kino would be able acquire the rights to release The Wacky World of Mother Goose. It was released by Anchor Bay on VHS and DVD on March 4th 2003 which is long out...

Robert: Haven't we realized that humorous intent in text alone is difficult to decipher? LOL! Just giving you some ribbing back, buddy. :D I just want to some, if not all, of those titles to be released in either format.

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

Since Kino still releases titles in both formats, I didn't think it would be an issue posting my list of suggested Universal and Paramount titles in this forum.

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

Or both. Many of the titles on my list are not exactly the most popular films in terms of widespread appeal and some of them have been released have been previously released on VHS tape but not on disc, hence, I'm realistically hoping for at least DVD releases; Blu-ray would be the cherry on top!

I'm really hoping that Omar Khayyam (also released as The Life, Loves and Adventures of Omar Khayyam and The Loves of Omar Khayyam) from 1957 sees the light of day as a DVD release from Kino's Paramount deal.

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

Terrific list, Thomas; I hope all or at least a majority of them get released. My top three hopes for titles to be released from this most recent Paramount deal and they are long shots by any measure: Omar Khayyam (1957) - I have the VHS release and had long hoped for a DVD release that never...

    Your thoughts on Kino-Lorber Blu-rays

I would love to to see KL release the following Universal titles on DVD and Blu-ray; Bagdad (1949) - Universal released this on VHS but not on DVD or Blu-ray in Region 1 to my knowledge. Flame of Araby (1951) - Universal released this on VHS and on MOD burned DVD-R via their Vault Series but...
