It would 'probably' do all those. I think those can all be IR controlled. Not 100% sure on the Roku box. It won't work on the firestick out of the box (no bluetooth). You would have to add an OTG cable splitter, FLIRC IR receiver, and might as well add a hub with ethernet while you are at it...
