No, they're not RCA titles, but Warner titles from the 1970s.Are these RCR titles?
Yeah, got me.(laugh)
No, you missed my point. RCR is the new acronym for ROBERT CRAWFORD RECOMMENDED PURCHASE
One of my favorite Duke films. Mainly because on paper it doesn't look like it could be pulled off, but he pulls it off in spades. The Duke also shows he can handle more than one horse in the Trans Am!
Hey Crawdaddy, if you're gonna have your own exclusive acronym, you gotta be prepared!!Yeah, got me.
It's not one of my favorite Wayne films, but is an alright action film. I'm buying it because of being a completist. However, I do recommend Chisum.

I prefer McQ to Brannigan. Anyone else concur?
Not one to normally want changes to the original work, but if WB could dub a less irritating voice onto McQ's daughter, I wouldn't complain. It's really jarring.
Ok, I'll take the bait. I'd argue that Brannigan over uses the "fish out of water" theme while McQ has better characterizations and more intricate plotting. And a better score by Elmer Bernstein. I like them both but McQ wins by a small margin."Brannigan" is better. More entertaining plus splendid Brit acting. Particularly Lesley Anne-Down and Judy Geeson, who gives a wonderful commentary. Go ahead, Yanks, argue!
