I have a Yamaha receiver that has two hdmi outputs. One is connected to the living room tv and the other is connected to the bedroom tv on hdmi1 port.
The Yamaha has a whole bunch of inputs connected to it which I would like to also watch on the bedroom.
The bedroom tv is wall mounted with all the cables running through the wall. Below the tv, I have a sound bar with a single hdmi input/output. Currently I have an Apple TV connected to the sound bar and the sound bar connected to hdmi1 on the tv. I have the Yamaha receiver on hdmi2.
When I put the Apple TV, it all works well. But when I turn on the receiver, I can't get any good sound only the tv speakers. Is there a way to put two different hdmi signal on a single port sound bar?
