According to Warner Archive, the show has been cleared and is being prepared, although they didn't say if its for DVD or streaming. They said it will be available shortly.
I really don't remember seeing this first run, ('72-'73), but it has Robert Conrad and apparently was shot on location in Vienna...Anton Diffring was a reliable, if clinical, heavy...if it successfully and authentically captured the atmosphere of cold war intelligence and espionage, I think I'd give it a chance...just the one season as an alternating feature of "The Men" (?)...can't be all that many episodes in total...I have hazy memories of Delphi Bureau, and none whatsoever of Jigsaw...
I hope we hear about other Warner TV b+w properties clearing the last hurdles of "clearances" soon....
