No, and no.

TGG released what they could without paying too much for music. To get the entire series, you'll need to get the sets, and if you have Xfinity and they still have the show on demand, record the missing episodes from there.

Amazon is showing a set of 113 episodes of 146 for $77.33. Amazon manufactures this, licensed from TGG, and are DVD-Rs.

If you want those 113 episodes on DVDs you have to buy the out of print TGG original release sets.
