AudioControl exhibits at IMAX Enhanced Village

AudioControl will showcase new home cinema products in the IMAX Enhanced Village located in Booth 10048 at CES next week. The Seattle-based company will have on display its new Maestro Series processors, Concert Series A/V receivers and G4 Series amplifiers, a number of home theater solutions available through integration partners and specialist retailers.

In 2019, AudioControl joined the IMAX Enhanced program, the certification and licensing initiative which combines “the finest” consumer electronics products with IMAX digitally re-mastered 4K HDR content and DTS audio technologies aimed at elevating sight and sound experiences at home. IMAX Enhanced firmware is now embedded all AudioControl processors and receivers.

The company’s latest X Series theater platform features 16-channels of output, four of which are assignable, an web interface for setup, hi-resolution DAC’s, Bluetooth and WiFi streaming capabilities, and Dirac Live calibration. AudioControl offers a lineup of 7, 5 and 4/3/2-channel Savoy G4, Pantages G4 and Avalon G4 amplifiers which promise “the ultimate home cinema experience.” G4 Series amplifiers deliver 230 watts at 8 ohms, 300 watts at 4 ohms, 600 watts bridged into 8 ohms. Class H topology monitors input levels, maximizing power efficiency and reducing operating temperature through the use of voltage rails. The Class H amplifiers have become a “go-to choice” for home theater specialists, according to the company, due to their performance, efficiency and reliability. Amplifiers include balanced and unbalanced inputs, audio pass-through capability and 5-way binding posts.

AudioControl G4 Series amplifiers are available now, while the new preamp/processors and A/V receivers begin production in January, 2020.
