I have the BFI dvd of THE DEVILS which I can play on my old Oppo dvd player--OK quality if not the greatest. But my 4K player unfortunately is not multi-region and it does say THE MUSIC LOVERS Blu Ray is region B, so I guess I will have to wait until Criterion or another American company steps in.

Absolutely agree. It includes a lot of the dance music. It is a lovely score, the book is only fair. I like the film version but does exclude some of the best songs in the show.

Given that most of Kubrick's films have now been released on 4K disc, is BARRY LYNDON on 4K a possibility? Even if the film itself, given the way it was shot, is not fully 4K, certainly HDR or Dolby Vision carefully applied would be an upgrade. Thoughts? Rumors?

On Blu Ray.com they mention that the 4K MWKTM disc will have 3.0 audio option. Is this Perspecta Sound or what? Or is this just incorrect?
