Personally, I'd rather see Gilmore Girls in 4x3 but I can live with the empty space of the sides of the frames. It beats the hell out of cropping it to achieve 16x9.
I can take some nonsense like that for a while but at a certain point, I'd have said something that would have hurt her feelings. :laugh:

Yeah, I went to that one and had to alter my sleep schedule like a week before it due to it starting at 4:30 AM. I started going to bed earlier and earlier each night until I went to bed at 6 PM the night before and woke up at midnight to get there early enough to get good seats.
I guess we'll be seeing either Revenge Of The Sith (for its 20th anniversary) or maybe The Empire Strikes Back (45th anniversary) next May. I wouldn't be surprised if a slow weekend this August or September gets Attack Of The Clones.
The difference is that they don't release the box set of Sgt. Pepper and wait about a year to release the standard CD. I don't mind the existence of a box set, what I don't like is being forced to buy the box set or wait for them to release a reasonably priced and reasonably sized version after...
No need for Neve Campbell to cause this movie more public issues but I think everyone knows that an actor being fired and another dropping out was the reason they stepped up to pay her what she deserves.
Fair enough and I hope you enjoy it but I'd rather have the option to save the space and the $20. Like others have said though, there will be a standard release down the road so I'll eventually get it.
I hope the boutique labels' trend of having a box of useless trash ends. Unfortunately, everyone now copies Arrow so the space-wasting box, book and tiny poster (if you can something that small a poster) is now requisite but a tape too? I get it, Hackman records people on tape in the movie but...
