On my facebook account I have received word that Warner is bringing out Anna Christie, Tarzan the Ape Man. Great Ziegfeld, Madame Bovary and Gentleman Jim + 2 1990s titles that I don.t remember on December 12th. Haven't seen any titles for November.
Not sure of the Cats movie but I intend to buy the other five. Just a vote for titles like David Copperfield, A Tale of Two Cities, Great Ziegfeld and King's Row. Of course any Bette Davis, Jimmy Cagney ect would always be welcome. Thanks George and Warner Archive!!!!!
so far they have announced Helen of Troy, Fastest Gun Alive, Cimarron 1930, The Broadway Melody 1929-, Last Time I Saw Paris for July.....maybe more later!
Monday brings the first of May. Should we start to speculate as to when the June titles will be announced ? I imagine that Warner will release East of Eden soon, but will Land of the Pharaohs and Helen of Troy come to the Archives together or spread out over the summer?
Does anyone have a hint as to the announcement for the remainder of the May titles? Funny they announce 2 for May 2 and the Looney Tunes Collection for May 30. George F. said that May was loaded. When??
Since it is November 30th...........is it too soon to be asking for January titles from Warner Archive? In the past they usually announced near the end of the month. George has said by January they will be geared up to start celebrating the 100th anniversary of Warner Brothers.
Just listened to George Feltenstein on Dick Dinsman's podcast. They were talking about Criterion's release of Warner's Arsenic and Old Lace and Paramount's 1931 Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.. George still says the new ownership is backing a resurgence of titles in 2023.
In the paat few months many titles such as Lucky Jordan, Mississippi Gambler, You and Me. If I were King and Counselor at Law were announced as Comin Soon.
Did I miss announcements as to release dates or are they still coming?

I question Mister Harris's statement about a new young actor Ralph Bellamy. Mr. Bellamy had been in Hollywood since the early 1930s and starred with Cary Grant/Irene Dunne in The Awful Truth - 1937, Carefree with Asatire & Rogers 1938 and even appeared in the Secret Six as early as 1931.
