After watching the movie, I'm really happy with the new transfer. Not perfect, but much better than the previous blu-ray! It looks really good, and I'm satisfied this is the best this movie will probably look on blu-ray.

I am surprised they would put out a 4K disc version of The Ten Commandments since they just released that double feature of the silent and sound versions earlier this year, which I bought. I had given up hope of any more classic movies being released in 4K on physical disc!

I own an LG OLED 65", and I found WOTW in 4K to be a bit on the "sepia" side or it seemed to have a slight brown sheen to it. When the HDR flips on, go into the picture setting, and set it to "Standard" for this movie...gets rid of the sepia look, and the colors on this movie on this setting...

Barnes and Noble's website is finally letting me order WOTW, says it will be instock online on 7/23.

The store that was 90 miles away is now sold out too. I'll keep checking, but if I cant get it during the Criterion sale, at least I still have it on streaming 4K.
