And, being a huge X-FILES fan at the time (that passion being extinguished as Seasons 6-9 progressed) I picked up the first volume of this series.
I don't remember much about it, but I rated it 2/5, so didn't bother to continue picking them up.
I'm pretty sure Bear Manor is a one-man operation, so it would be interesting to see how it all works in regards to paying writers, licensing fees, etc.
Yes, sir, this one. I've heard really good things about it. I don't read modern comic books, but am considering picking up the TPB for this series. I've always been a fan of the Wanda/Vision story arc.
I would say 99.99% of films are made to make money, no matter what their makers try to tell us. Doesn't mean all of them should be made.
THE HOBBIT could have been one really great film. Instead, it's a trilogy of diminishing returns.
Thanks, I did not know that and I love that film. I knew the TV cut was on my Shout disc, but just hadn't found the time to check it out, thinking it would be mostly a toned-down version of Carpenter's classic.
That oversight will be rectified.
Something was flagged, Kino checked, and checked again, both times being told "nope, everything's alright, nothing to see here", only to get burned after releasing the disc.

A shame it was cancelled, though I do hope they have a future role in the MCU.
I don't think Cloak & Dagger were ever a romantic couple in the comic books, at least not in the first few years, when I was reading them. Things may have changed over the last 25+ years, but at this point the show is doing a good job of translating their relationship as portrayed in their...
Since it never aired anywhere in Canada, I didn't catch up to this show until it recently dropped on Disney+, where I got to binge-watch all 20 episodes over the past week.
Sometimes, it pays to be left out.
Great show, btw, a shame there won't be a season 3.
I really appreciate your post, but I'm not very good at splitting up quotes, etc, as some of you are, so here's my response to these points, at least.
Yeah, fan speculation makes sense. I've stayed away from any online info/discussions on this show (except this thread), so thought this was a...
