The fourth episode was certainly bigger and more intense than the rest of the season. The question is where do they go from here? The whole cast continues to excel. Sylvie’s haircut is the only casualty, but hey, I guess she is coming from 1982.
Episode 3 was a lot of fun. All those old time sets must’ve eaten into the budget, but it was a nice change of pace, with plenty of humor and tension.
The season is half over already!
I liked this week’s episode. It didn’t resolve much but it raised the stakes and it got Sylvie involved. Terrific performances throughout, and Hiddleston in particular was great. Sylvie looks a bit different and I can’t put my finger on it. Lost weight, maybe? Different haircut?

I found this part very...
I rather enjoyed the premiere. Maybe that’s because I just finished watching season 1 on 4k last night and it’s all fresh in my mind, but the show really hit the ground running. I had forgotten what an incredible cliffhanger the first season ended on, so I suppose I was eager to get back into...
Loki is definitely the most intellectual of all the new Marvel shows. It’s definitely the thinking person’s show with a few action sequences and plentiful special effects to keep viewers attention.
I enjoyed the finale, and the series, but I understand those who say it’s not as satisfying as...
If it follows the pattern of the other shows, the main antagonist is someone we’ve seen already. I’m hoping they don’t follow that pattern, which has become predictable (and a little boring).
BTW, Disney+ has a short film this week called The Good, the Bart and the Loki, which is where Loki gets banished to Springfield. It’s really very good.
Loki is a very trippy show - in some ways it reminds me of Legion and I mean that in a good way.
The latest episode seems to be what this episode does best - it moves along, seemingly just developing characters and giving you background info and then - bam! Something monumental happens and...
Well, about that...
I beg to differ. Using Coulson, Nick Fury, Lady Sif and so on, plus having actual footage from The Winter Soldier incorporated into the show, makes it canon to me. Kevin Feige could issue a statement tomorrow saying it's not canon, and I will still insist it is.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't we see that character in Agents of SHIELD?
Yes, yes, I know, it's a murky area of continuity, but seeing as Lady Sif was in two episodes, and so was Nick Fury, the show is still part of the MCU as far as I am concerned.
I didn’t mind the exposition since the dialogue is so well written and performed, but does the show have to be so dark? I get that they’re going for a dismal office building vibe, but nothing on the screen really grabs the viewer. I watched it on a 4K TV in a dark room with all but one light out...
(No spoilers.) (I think.)
I finally saw the first episode, and I liked it. The show's production design is tremendous. I loved the colors and design of the TVA, and that shot of where they are (when Loki first looked out the "window") is absolutely spectacular. The music was also great...
I have not seen Loki yet, although I'm very eager to watch it. I have agreed to wait so my wife and kids and I can watch it together after dinner tonight. That's a long way of saying that I appreciate all of you who have used spoiler tags thus far.
In the case of these D+ shows, I think 2-3...
Right, or it’ll be an article featuring an actor from the show who just was killed off. Lost was notorious for this, as every actor who was being written off the show would have an interview scheduled on ABC for the next morning, so if you saw the commercial that said “Tune in to Good Morning...
