It is the type of humor/ drama that makes the GOTG that only Gunn can deliver in my opinion. My quick analogy: Imagine if Ben Edlund was not involved whatsoever with 'The Tick' . Not as a writer, or story editor. Would the Tick still be as funny, even meaningful? I don't think so.

James Gunn is GOTG. Without his presence in the third movie, it just won't feel right, and it won't be something I care to see.

Wow, what is the production budget for this one $800 million:D Honestly, the first film is my favorite Marvel film(and that is saying a whole lot) and from the trailer I might like Vol.2 even more. I'm so happy about this :rock:
