Had a friend watch this but had the wrong AUDIO on. Wow, was he surprised that they offered the PERSPECTA audio, but didn't see it. Always happy to help others with their audio!

Didn't cable come around in the 80's? I think I should have seen it during the 60's matinees on those Saturdays. Funny, I don't remember TIE, but I do remember FORBIDDEN PLANET. Even then the rumor about FP was Anne Francis had a swim suit on in the kiddee version, but not in the adult version...

Not to a 6 year old seeing it when it first came out. Just a scary movie (when the mutant dissolves on the space ship) right up there with all the others that came out during that time period that I was lucky to watch. I carried that love of them over to a 70 year adult. I don't judge old movies...
