It looks and sounds much better than the 2004 DVD. I truly hope this release sells enough units so we can get the other five movies from the series of six films.
I know some people don't like this, but if it means more classic movies are being released on physical media then so be it. This is what plays on "Tarzan, the Ape Man" before the movie.
George Feltenstein has previously stated that Blu-ray boxsets might not be feasible for them. If this sells enough units then perhaps this sets up another Thin Man series of releases. At least for the first six movies.
If people want the other Tarzan movies released then they better buy this one. Otherwise, this could be one and done if it's not profitable for Warner.
