Yeah, I remember you got a really good deal on it. I was not concerned about my delivery date. I have been waiting years for these films and as such, my attitude was whenever I get them, so be it. You saved money in the end.

All three films could simultaneously have dropped to $24.95 on Amazon by release day. I am going to hold my order with Walmart for the fact that I don't want to play around with "what if" pricing from Amazon and whether or not the products will ship on the release date given Disney's sketchy...

So much for sharing possible misfortune by ordering from Walmart. I am rolling the dice on this one. Not comfortable ordering from them. On the plus side, good to hear you got a better price with Target.

I would assume that etailers are promised a certain number of copies avoiding the overselling of preorders. Jeff, as you experienced, I have a pending charge for the full amount on my credit card account. I expect that to drop off shortly based on everyone else's ordering history.

BTW, just a heads-up... While ALIENS and THE ABYSS remain at $24.95, TRUE LIES has jumped to $39.95 at Walmart. I assume inventory may be getting tight and they are taking advantage of that.
