I made these Xmas purchases, these are the sets I gave my twin brother.
Sugarfoot, Season Two (to John on our 65th birthday)
Bronco, season one
The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Their Friends: The Complete Series
And these two, I gave myself.
A Man Called Shenandoah complete set
World...
The Adventures of Champion, from the TV series, just disc one, and the original theme song was replaced by generic music, thanks to Timeless. Only cost me 25 cents at a yard sale!
Daniel Boone:Fess Favorites. Got it cheap from Amazon and watched the color pilot, even though the opening/end credits were in black-and-white. It looked really good! I'll watch seven other episodes in the set in the future whenever I get around to it.
A one episode gray market DVD for $13.18, (9.99 plus S&H,) from Zeus DVDs, "Bringing Up Buddy", yup, from Connelly and Mosher of LITB, a sitcom about a financial adviser (Frank Aletter) and his meddlesome aunt's (Enid Markey and Dorio Merande). Poor quality as expected, but I don't mind!
I've just received Maverick: The Complete Fourth Season, Vols. 1-2. Bart (Kelly), Bret (final appearance of Garner in the Maverick Line), Brent (Colbert in two episodes), and cousin Beau (Moore). I'll give it to myself for Xmas!
Gave myself a pair of DVD sets for Xmas, both w/John Russell, SOLDIERS OF FORTUNE: The Complete Series, and LAWMAN: The Complete 2nd Season, which was burned, not pressed, but it's DVD+R Video!
TV From Yesteryear, obviously OOP from Radio Spirits, containing episodes of three classic TV Series, Flash Gordon (Steve Holland), The Lone Ranger (Clayton Moore), and The Roy Rogers Show, along with the radio episode versions of those series. For a couple of bucks at a local Goodwill!
