Helloooooooo RoundUppers!

Another quiet week for Moi!

Although I'm tempted to get those three $19.99 GoT releases at Best Buy this week, I know I'll never, ever be able to watch them (Peg wouldn't be amendable). Oh well. There's enough content in this world to keep my busy! Heck, there's enough content already on my shelves to keep me busy for a VERY LONG TIME!

Safe shopping!

Thanks as always for your hard work on this, Mike. Nothing for me this week either.

Thanks as always, Mike!

The Power Rangers movie will merit a Redbox rental at some point out of nostalgia, but nothing for me to buy.

Thanks for the RoundUp! A slow week for my purchases, too.

However, Fox has informed me that I am to receive two DVD releases for review, Absolutely Anything and Money, but they didn't arrive on Friday, so I assume they'll show up Monday or Tuesday and have to take their place at the back of a long queue of review items that arrived today.

I'm buying enough for the rest of you this week:
  • The Angry Red Planet
  • Hell in the Pacific
  • The Pink Panther Film Collection
  • Rockford Files: The Complete Series
I am holding off on the Criterion's for the B&N sale, but I couldn't pass up the low price of They Live By Night Amazon had so that is on my way to me as well.

I'll wait for the Criterion sale at Barnes & Noble starting July 11 to pick up Straw Dogs, and mostly for the new extras, since I already have the BD. I don't remember ever seeing that particular poster with Susan George's sweater so prominently displayed, but that's one way to sell a very non-commercial but pivotal movie in Peckinpah's oeuvre.

Thanks always for your Round Up, Mike!

There is an outside chance of picking up GoT S2 and S3...but I haven't even watched S1 yet. I really don't think I can justify it with the number of trips planned for the rest of the year. But we'll see.

Thanks Mike!
