Have you read the RX-60128v manual carefully?

You can't just add speakers and expect them to start working. First of all, you need to go into the speaker setup menu and tell the receiver that there are now center and surround speakers connected. Typically you switch them from "No" to "Yes" and make sure they're set to "Small". Then you'll need to calibrate them to the correct level so they integrate into the system. We can cross that bridge when we get to it, but first you need to get them operating.
