The films for the 2017 - 2018 Classic Movie Series at the Palace Theater have been released.

October 23 - The Rocky Horror Picture Show
November 13 - The Music Man
December 11 - Die Hard
December 18 - Love Actually
December 19 - The Muppet Christmas Carol
December 22 - It's A Wonderful Life
December 27 - The Lion King
January 22 - Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
February 12 - Funny Girl
February 21 - Frozen
February 26 - Casablanca
March 5 - The Song Remains The Same
March 12 - Unforgiven
March 19 - Close Encounters of the Third Kind
April 4 - Beauty and the Beast (Not sure if animated or live action.)
April 9 - Purple Rain
April 23 - The Three Stooges Film Festival
May 21 - Jaws

Unfortunately digital, they switched a few years ago. They said they would alternate depending on the title but I haven't seen them project film since.

Thanks, Wayne. A good line-up this year. I'll hopefully make it to a couple. I wish they'd do more on Friday/Saturday, but I understand why they want to leave those days open for the bigger ticket bookings.

I just got back from the extremely well attended screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show with full stage show.

The entire Orchestra and over half the balcony was full. A good time was had by all with the possible exception of the cleaning crew.

Just got home from the final film in this year's series, Jaws. It was very well attended (it would have sold out any screen at the local multiplexes) and got huge ovation after "You're gonna need a bigger boat" and the explosion of Bruce.
