Windows 7 restore w/o password or boot disk (ignore-got it working) (1 Viewer)

My son left his computer when he graduated last year, a nice Windows 7 machine I'd like to sell locally. He has it password protected, and I can't even get in to restore it without his password. I hit F8, go to repair, and it prompts for password. I don't have a Win 7 CD to restore from either. He's going to be no help getting a password, either. Help!?!?

Basicaly, you will need to create either a windows or linux based recovery USB stick. If this is too complicated, you can also wipe the hard drive pretty easily using any windows CD.
