The first TOPPER from VCI is okay. Not great, but I cannot imagine that stellar elements were available for it. Same for this sequel. It probably won't be long before the third and final film of this series, TOPPER RETURNS, is also released. Too bad Cary Grant isn't around after the first film, but they're all funny.
