Is it normal that my Pioneer VSX-932 menu is in imperfect English? (1 Viewer)

Maybe a random question. I would feel like the menus of this pioneer receiver would be built using proper English. Is it normal that my menus are written in broken/improper English?

I don't have a Pioneer, but it doesn't surprise me. I notice something similar on both my LG brand TV and Blu-ray player.

That's pretty bad, especially since it isn't exactly clear what settings you should use.
