Wow, what a powerhouse this man was! Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid, The Princess Bride, Marathon Man, All the President's Men, The Stepford Wives, Harper - the guy was a legend. Your talent will be sorely missed, Mr. Goldman!

Adventures in the Screen Trade is a terrific book whether or not you’re interested in screenwriting.

joke in Butch & Sundance.

Definitely agree with all of the sentiments above - I had not realized how many of the films that I would sit down and watch anytime were written by Mr Goldman.

Deepest condolences to his family, friends and fans. RIP Mr Goldman and heart felt thank you for some the great memories that will live on!
