Judging from the run time... no it is not.

The uncut version is available on blu-ray in Germany. Although uncut is a bit of a misnomer - it was released in North America as a PG film. The international cut had a couple of additional scenes of nudity, but I'm not sure if it amounted to enough to affect the running time.
