Really wish someone (Scorpion? Vinegar Syndrome?) would acquire Shoot (1976) for Blu-ray. That movie was an Avco Embassy pick-up and I suspect that all the original distribution agreements have long expired. Maybe the original producers (or their heirs) own the rights now.

Let's correct the thread title to Scraping the Bottle of the Barrel

Please enlighten me. I must know why I get replies with a poison pen . Some people seem to enjoy these lists but please teach me of I am doing something not allowed on this board? Am I breaking any rules? There are hundreds of lists generated on this forum...and I enjoy all of them. My lists are merely informative pieces of info on the one subject we are all on here about...movies.Ive never in my 10 years or more on thus forum wrote anything on anyones thread in a bad way. If theres a post I dont like...which is extremely rare as I enjoy different opinions...i just do the decent thing and skip over it. I love readinh everyones lists as it makes me aware of a movie Ive somehow overlooked. Or an actors work . Or a film I personally didnt like but someone else has because I respect everyones opinions on this board i may rewatch the film and reevaluate it. People have found my lists informative. This list above all because it lists many obscure films that people may research or in best case scrnario rally around and maybe they will see the light of day. These lists are informative....are for people who like statistics and can teach one about a film such as ..VISIT TO A CHIEFS SON or HOMEBODIES...which are in my opinion...classics.

Louis, since you joined this forum almost 20 years ago, you must be familiar with the concept of the Internet troll.

On this forum, you get people who dump on any film they don't like (or my favorite, on films they haven't even seen) and diminish anyone who thinks otherwise. And of course, the forum is currently running yet again the debate on the blue levels of THE KING AND I Blu-ray, with opinions presented as facts and people convinced absolutely of the details of a cinema presentation they saw half-a-century ago.

As for me, I enjoy your lists because they remind me of films that I saw but haven't thought of in decades, and their lack of a modern home video release is probably one of the reasons why.

So grow a thicker skin and keep up the good work.
