I like this movie quite a bit as a companion to the 1941 animated classic.

I'm puzzled that Disney still masters their movies in 2k. I got the 4k version of Dumbo from the Disney Club for use on our new 65" 4k UHD tv, but it seems like that might have been a waste of $.

They seem very hostile to home video. See Todd's comments about the usual lackluster audio track, as well, something for which Disney is well-known.

Is it fair to label this film as “politically correct “? The fact that it just doesn’t have some of the controversial aspects of the original, which no film today would depict anyways, doesn’t make it actively politically correct in my book.
