I've looked at XUMO rather recently (this week, actually) and I still think Pluto TV is the better of the two. Better UI and content.

My LG TV integrates these with the broadcast stations so I check them out often, but I wish they’d get the proper frame rate for video material. It’s a rarity online but it is possible; I do all my YouTube uploads in 60fps now.
