My favorite scene in all the Terminator films is the shootout in Tech Noir followed by the car chase from the first film. That segment really seemed to deliver tension and excitement rarely seen in films.

Another favorite of mine is the opening of Arnold’s head and the switch change when Sarah almost destroys the microprocessor. When I first saw that scene added into the extended edition, I immediately thought it was a much better scene than what was there in the theatrical release.

It's a moment rather than a scene but I love the SWAT guy that says "HOLY SHIT!" as the Terminator drives the SWAT van into the lobby in Terminator 2.
When Arnold lets loose with the military machine gun, and shoots up the police vehicles- that’s fun to watch.

I would agree with Jeffrey regarding the Tech Noir shootout as being one of my favorite scenes. I think it is a combination of the music, the lighting, and the slow motion. It is the first time we see the T-800 in an extended action sequence which probably doesn't hurt. (We got glimpses previously, but nothing quite this sustained.)

As an aside, one of the things I like about this scene is the minor continuity error in Tech Noir; an extra appears in two cuts which given the nature of the edit should not be possible. Kind of fun spotting that the first time (on home video - not theatrically.)

Second scene would be the motorcycle chase in the culvert system in T2. A long time ago I was an avid motorcyclist, so this one definitely is a favorite.

Third scene would in T2 also; the escape sequence from Pescadero. Sarah Connor meets a 'friendly' T-800 and we see the T-1000 in action along with its morphing capabilities, including the 'walk' through the bars which is reason enough to mention this sequence.

- Walter.
