Another excellent BluRay release from Cohen Film Collection which tells part of the history behind Joan of Arc. The story has two parts, "The Battles" and "The Prisons". The BluRay was made from a new 4k restoration of the movie. The story is presented in a historical dramatical way not as a Hollywood blockbuster. I really enjoyed watching Joan the Maid the movie has a very authentic look to it. The audio is in French with English subtitles which can be moved up or down if your player has "subtitle shift".
