I've heard tidbits about a new Blu-ray release (the previous release was in 2011). Any truth to that?

Unfortunately, it's not on Arrow's forthcoming, mouth-watering limited edition Alejandro Jodorosky Collection, region 'B'-locked.

I have now managed to obtain a copy of this release. Yet another example of an expensive 4K UHD set of a cult movie selling out immediately, apparently without Amazon being able to obtain stock at all. I had it in preorder at Amazon, received the usual "Temporarily Out Of Stock" on release date, followed by it disappearing for sale completely from Amazon a week later, available only from resellers at a considerable mark-up price. DiabolikDVD also sold out their stock immediately - they promise "more coming soon" on their website.
