Apparently, just by me checking, it is.

I do a manual scan of newly posted Amazon titles at least twice a day.

This title came up as a new release and without the prior knowledge you have just brought up, I took it as a first-time release.

I doubt there is anything new with this disc transfer wise. Maybe an added feature or just a price adjustment.

Yes, there are a bunch of Universal titles that are getting re-released in March.
