If you expect 4K discs then you should be worried. However, if you stream then you might get rewarded with some of those titles on Disney+

The Last Valley, The Big Fisherman, Barabbas, Cheyenne Autumn, Lord Jim, El Cid, Fall Of The Roman Empire, Tempest, The Story Of Ruth.

EDIT: OliverK's post no 10 has reminded me of Raintree County and Richard V's post no 11 has reminded me of The Alamo. I shouldn't have needed reminding. I must be getting old

Hello Santa. I've been a good boy this year, not through choice, I just don't have the energy to be anything else these days. To be honest I don't have the 4K kit yet, but here's ten already released films that could really do with a redo from the original negatives, which I understand they'd have to do for proper 4K release:

Bend Of The River (1952)
The Searchers (1956)
Rio Bravo (1959)
The Longest Day (1962)
Mutiny On The Bounty (1962)
The Fall Of The Roman Empire (1964)
The Wild Bunch (1969)
Where Eagles Dare (1969)
The Three Musketeers (1973)
The Four Musketeers (1974)

Thank you.

These 10 would need some and often even a lot of work but they would look spectacular:

The Fall of the Roman Empire
El Cid
The Greatest Story Ever Told
Cleopatra
The Agony and the Ecstasy

Raintree County
Around the World in 80 Days
The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm
Barabbas
Zulu

There are many others but I am keeping it to these 10 as per the thread title, thank you Santa!

Honorable mention to these classics that do NOT need that much work so I do not have to ask Santa to place them under my tree. The studios should be perfectly capable of giving them to us without too much of an effort, it is just a matter of going:

Lawrence of Arabia
Ben-Hur
Spartacus
My Fair Lady
Patton

Hello, Dolly!
The Sound of Music
Oklahoma!
North By Northwest
Vertigo

To Catch a Thief
Dr. Dolittle
How the West Was Won
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Mad World
West Side Story

Sign me up for:
Spartacus
Fall of the Roman Empire
El Cid
The Big Fisherman
Land of the Pharaohs
The Story of Ruth
Raintree County
The Silver Chalice
The Egyptian
Barabbas

Would have listed Ben-Hur but it's the one that will make 4K.

I'm going to interpret the question as which ten films would I like to see mastered in 4K and then released onto standard blu-ray. Anyway, in no particular order and pretty much off of the top of my head:
1. Margie (1946)
2. Captain Blood (1935)
3. Gentleman Jim (1942)
4. The Happiest Millionaire (1967)
5. Beau James (1957)
6. The Seven Little Foys (1955)
7. The Wedding March (1928)
8. The Laurel and Hardy silents
9. The rest of the Thin Man series
10. The Jolson Story and Jolson Sings Again

Yes, I know that I'm cheating a little on the last three entries. ;)

Some common titles....
Spartacus
Ben-Hur 1959
Lawrence of Arabia
My Fair Lady
The Sand Pebbles...restored original release. Disney..wishful thinking
The Greatest Story Ever Told. Original release 221 minutes
El Cid
Ken Russell's The Music Lovers. Original Roadshow release
Cleopatra. 1963
West Side Story 1961
And an 11th request since most of these though deserving will not get a release...The Sound of Music.
