Klipsch partners with SnapAV for US distribution

Klipsch has announced today that SnapAV is now exclusive national custom installation distribution partner for its speakers in the United States. The company claims this new relationship will provide broader and more premium audio solutions to custom integrators, while delivering “world-class” support and logistics from SnapAV. Klipsch will join SnapAV’s own brand of Episode speakers in its portfolio and products will be available on their website and via local distribution locations in August.

Although this is strictly a business-to-business announcement, some of our members will be familiar with SnapAV’s offerings, particularly if you have worked with an integrator on custom home installation projects which have used products from its extensive catalog, viewable by clicking here.

“We know dealers today carry more than one speaker brand,” said Mike Jordan, VP of Audio for SnapAV. “By partnering with one of the best speaker companies, we’re allowing dealers to shop for all their audio needs conveniently in one place. SnapAV will be where pros buy audio.”

With a 73-year history behind it, Klipsch offers several speaker lines, many geared towards home theater, and multi-room applications, and are believed to complement SnapAV’s existing product assortment. The Indianapolis-based manufacturer says it is committed to developing premium speaker solutions for both residential and commercial applications.

“This partnership aligns our #1 market position with SnapAV’s award-winning service, support and logistics approach — online and in brick and mortar locations. Dealers will benefit from having the ultimate sound experience and the best service in the industry,” noted Tommy Jacobs, VP of Sales for Klipsch.
