The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

A fun list of a wide variety of titles this week, RoundUppers.

The Tomb Raider reboot is on my radar. But do we think prices will come down soon enough?

And I've never seen Designing Woman...but it looks like fun.

Safe shopping! Be careful out there!

I've got the following coming to me:

Designing Woman
Gross Anatomy
Terminator Genisys

I will purchase Forrest Gump and Tomb Raider on 4K once the pricing is lowered to my reasonable purchase price. The same with blind buy Love, Simon.

I'll rent Tomb Raider and Love, Simon on Blu-Ray at the Redbox, and pick them up on UHD once they fall below $15 down the road if I like them.

Thanks as always, Mike!

Thanks for the RoundUp, Mike!

Nothing this week for me, but I am definitely putting Designing Woman on my list for a later purchase.

Thank you, Mike!

Nothing for me this week on Blu-ray. I liked Love, Simon lot in theaters an would recommend a rental, but don't personally feel like I need to pay these prices for it. Maybe when the price comes down a bit.

Loveless, on the other hand, was also a great film, but a real gut-punch to watch and something I'd never want to sit through again. Worth a rental if you can stomach it, but it lives up to its name.

Due to some small drama with Amazon, the Mean Girls Broadway CD which I expected yesterday is actually coming Sunday. That will be all this week.

Abominable and the Darkman trilogy, definitely. Probably Love, Simon down the road after a price drop (or maybe a used blu from Redbox).

Thanks for the Ro9undUp, Mike!

Plenty of interest this week but waiting for better prices: Designing Woman, Love Simon, Tomb Raider, Under Capricorn (my least favorite Hitchcock film but one I'm giving another chance to in HD hoping for the best). I had also put in to review a couple of this week's titles, but I never received them. Ah, well. I'll get them down the line, too.

Thanks for the prices, Mike. Nothing for me right now. I will probably pick up Under Capricorn during a future Kino sale. I only recently got around to upgrading Forrest Gump from DVD to BD, so I'm not in any hurry to upgrade again to the UHD.

Lots of interesting titles this week, but not sure what I’m going to do. I’m going to have to get Under Capricorn, but I should do the wise thing and wait for a sale. Same with some of the others.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong listing, Amazon has Under Capricorn for June 19.

Huh. It DOES look like next week, doesn't it?

Not sure how to explain that...

It was on my list of releases for this week and came up as a 6-12 release when I searched Amazon.

Guess youse guys is gonna have to wait a bit. :D

all of the 4k discs in the "starting at 14.99" deal at Best Buy are either 14.99 or 16.99, except for Black Panther, which is 27.99.

And also the best buy ad shows E.T. 4k for 9.99, but it is currently, a mere 5 hours into the sale, sold out on line and doesn't give store pick up option.

So, in my normal morning look at Cartwheel, thought I'd mention Blade Runner: Final Cut (4k) has a 30% off offer. Cartwheel price is $24.99, so 30% sounds like a pretty decent deal if you like BR.

Also, a deal for Love, Simon appeared this morning. For all platforms (14.99/19.99.24.99/exclusive 19.99) through June 21, they have 10%. I was hoping for a bit more (the 10% covers tax and a small amount more here), but I am completely tempted on this now.
