Here's an example of Adobe noise reduction with my Nikon Z7II. These are cropped, but full size if you click to see the full size image, as in, the original resolution. Not scaled down. They were at ISO 6400, 50% NR in Photoshop, then for good measure, some sharpening (but no more noise reduction) in Topaz Sharpen ai. Pretty amazing, really.
