Greetings to all, I would like you to help me solve this problem, I have this Monster POWER that was working perfectly, I went to adjust the front brightness to stronger because it was very dim and when I increased the intensity, the Monster Power turned off, it starts to the blue CLEAN POWER ON light flashes and after three seconds the red ABNORMAL VOLTAGE light activates, it flashes for about 3 seconds and the CLEAN POWER ON option is activated again, thus remaining in a loop, three seconds in this option, it goes to the other for three seconds, any idea what's happening? Could you help me solve this problem? Thank you for reading.

Are you able to adjust the brightness to it's original setting and see if the problem persists? It also may be a good idea to unplug your components and see how it reacts with nothing connected and reconnect one by one if that helped to find the problematic port or component. It's possible that it could have been damaged by a surge at some point and you're only seeing it after adjusting the lighting and causing it draw slightly more voltage. If you're not able to re-adjust the brightness or break the loop you may have to take it to a shop to test and diagnose.

I would also suggest while you’re unplugging all of your components from it, try plugging the unit itself into another receptacle, preferably in a different room that may be on a different circuit. That’s a quick and easy way to tell if the unit is damaged or if your power to that receptacle or entire circuit has become dirty.

Thanks to both of you for responding, the unit apparently died, I have already done everything possible, disconnecting all the equipment, changing rooms, it is still the same in the same loop, I think something was damaged and just by changing the level of brightness of the screen because it ended up completely damaging it, I have no idea how to solve this so it's in the garage with a quick destination for the trash bin 🤣
