Hello Folks! Yes, as the title suggests, I tried playing a 3D BluRay on my usually reliable set up recently, and I got the message,
The disc has recognized that your player and/or display does not support 3D playback or your player firmware requires updating..."

I have updated the drivers on my monitor (Acer HR274H HDMI) and on my graphics card (HD Graphics 4000) and this did not solve the problem.
I was running the disc on PowerDVD 18.

Any suggestions much appreciated...

Thanks,

Herdsmann

Could also be a handshake issue. Have you tried swapping out your HDMI cable? In what order do you power on your setup?
