Some potential good news (though nothing confirmed as yet, so take this as strictly rumor territory for the moment):

"HMV staff member told me today Network are being picked up by a company call Spirit (something to do with Technicolor apparently) and normal service (whatever that entails) should be resumed shortly."

Fingers crossed that something good comes out of this!

It wasn't true. Spirit Media were, it seems, simply selling off old stock as are other suppliers.
