I don’t see that all seasons of this show have been issued on DVD, but stumbled across the first 10 seasons streaming in excellent quality on Roku, distributed by FilmRise. Thought I would flag it for anyone else who has been interested in seeing more of this show.

I don't think SHOUTT's initial releases of DVDs first seasons on DVD was as successful as they hoped. So they jumped ahead and released a few seasons hosted by an erstwhile actor/host who had a small amount of political success. ...
