Help needed with my new Sony X700 UHD player (1 Viewer)

I picked it up today and went thru all the setup. It will not display the home screen, with all the apps. Any idea what could be the problem ?

Kinda had the same problem last year getting the X700 to link to my home WiFi but somehow figured it out.
I did have a problem with a firmware update caused apparently by the region-free modifications but 220 Electronics came thru with the firmware update and all is well.

It was one of the first things that comes up in the setup. They ask you to agree or disagree to allow viewing of video, or something like that. As soon as I clicked on agree the home screen with apps popped up.

Under "audio settings" I need to choose between 48khz, 96khz, or 192khz. How do I know which one to choose ? I use this player for streaming HD Netflix, watching Blu-rays and DVDs, and listening to regular music CDs.

My receiver is the Onkyo TX-NR686, if that matters.

When I had mine in the main rack, I believe I used 48khz.
