This is my first ever post in this forum and Ive been a Netflix user since 2008. The "Are you still watching " Pop up is and has been an annoyance. Is there any way to get rid of it ?

Definitely watching for an answer. Sometimes it happens on the second 30 minute episode I watch.

I never see this on Netflix but I do see it when I listen to Pandora. The difference is I always consume Netflix in an interactive fashion. I rarely go more than 30 seconds without wondering what I just saw or heard and "rewinding" or toggling subtitles. This is how each service knows you're "still there." If you're not [you fell asleep or left the house with their service playing] then they don't want to pay the associated licencing fees to deliver content to an empty room.

Yeah, turn off auto-play. Netflix is only trying to be helpful so that people don't waste data usage by going off and leaving the app running.
