Just bought the receiver.
all connection via HDMI. Unfortunately there is lag with the lip sync. Any idea what to do?

Onkyo support does not reply to mails or online logged cases

You're saying the audio is behind the video, not ahead of it? Did you buy the receiver used?

I can´t really make out. Either a good bit behind or ahead. I think the dialog is going on when the speaker has already his mouth closed . I bought the receiver from Amazon warehouse- used, like new. Came in the original packaging

Have you made sure all the lip sync settings are turned off or set to 0? See if that helps, then turn on Lip Sync to see which works best.
