Hi All,

I've been able to stream content via DLNA from my personal NAS server through my Oppo 203 with no issues. However, I wanted to test if others could join the cloud remotely to watch my MKV ripped movies. 2 different individuals were able to log into my cloud account from 2 different states, but had the same playback issue. VLC would pull up film, buffer and then give them a blank screen. Only time they were able to play anything back was when a film was under 750mb.

Anyone have experience with this? I'm beginning to wonder if it's my personal upload speeds which is only 5.5mbps, whereas my down is 100mbps on average.

Thanks!

Check out Plex or Emby. Both will do what you want. Your NAS will have to be pretty beefy to transcode the video down low enough to fit in the 5.5mbps pipe.
