Sony invited me to Sony/Columbia Pictures Studios on March 21, 2024 to have an in-depth technical presentation for all of the 2024 TVs & Audio Systems.

One of the big takeaways is Sony's new flagship 2024 BRAVIA 9 is packed with Sony's new 2024 Backlight Master Drive that not only individually controls each of the MiniLEDs but it controls the luminance of each MiniLED. This is a very nice upgrade that enhances the contrast control and delivers a more detailed images. This is the same Backlight Master Drive that Sony intergrated in the new BVM-3110 Mastering monitor.
